Proclade Betica has convened the Ordinary General Assembly of members 2022. On this occasion, it will take place on Saturday 19 March 2022 from 10.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., at the Casa de los Misioneros Claretianos in Loja (Granada).
As the NGOD emphasises, “it is the moment to evaluate and give thanks for all the work of the past year and, of course, to dream of the future. WE ARE MISSION, so we encourage you to participate in it”.

– Elections to the Board of Directors.
– Approval of the annual accounts for 2021.
– Approval of the 2022 budget.
– Information on the results of the elections to the Board of Directors.
– Approval of the 2021 annual report and the programme of activities for the current year.

Volunteers’ Meeting (19-20 March)
After the Assembly, the attendees will continue with a Volunteering Meeting that will take place on Saturday 19th March in the afternoon and on Sunday 20th March in the morning (ending with mass at 12.00 noon).
Proclade Betica encourages participation. “It is a good time to meet again and share. Besides being able to plan the work of the delegations, plan the year and report on other interesting matters, we will have the opportunity to contribute to the reflection of the new Pastoral Plan of the Province of Fatima of the Claretian missionaries, in which we want you to participate, since one of the focuses of this new plan wants to be the area of Solidarity and Mission”.
