The young people of the Parish of Our Lady of Areosa (Portugal) had an online training workshop on ‘Emotional Intelligence’ which was coordinated by the University Volunteering Association (VO.U.).
They were able to reflect on topics ranging from self-management to self-motivation and empathy, which will help them at a personal, parish and community level to see the situations they face in a different way.
