Work on the restoration of the coffered ceiling of the Presbytery of the Parish of El Pilar in Tenerife (Spain) will begin in mid-July, with the erection of scaffolding. The total budget will be 68,648€, financed by the Cabildo de Canarias, although the parish will have to contribute 21,318.23€.
This work is essential to complete the restoration of the altarpiece, since, according to the study that has been done, it belongs to the whole.
