‘Way of Conversion’ in Advent in charge of ECEM

Since last Sunday, November 28, the beginning of Advent, the Claretian Team of Missionary Evangelisation (ECEM) offers simple reflections to prepare us for Christmas and the arrival of the Child Jesus:

Advent is always a time that invites us to change our life, to open ourselves to the immense Love that God has for us. A time of waiting where we are invited to start anew to anchor our life in God. A time to nourish our faith, to deepen fundamental aspects of our being Christians. One of them is conversion. Something that we need to strengthen in order to remove from our lives everything that distances us from the true reason for our hope.

That is why, also for this year 2021, we propose the section “ADVENT: A WAY OF CONVERSION”. Each day we will offer you a simple reflection on a fundamental attitude that will help us to make this “journey of conversion to hope”. This attitude will be illuminated by a word of God. In addition, a reflection will end with a question that will help us to pray. We will end this short time with a prayer addressed to the Lord asking for this fundamental attitude. Both the reflection and the final prayer will be done each day by a Claretian missionary.
