The illusion of the resurrection of the Lord in our schools

The Claret schools of Las Palmas, Don Benito and Seville prepared with enthusiasm the resurrection of the Lord the days before Easter with different activities and events to end Lent.

At the Claret School in Las Palmas they were able to become aware of the life that flourishes when they follow the way of Jesus and strive to do good as He shows.

In the Claret School of Don Benito, from the 9th to the 11th of April, a Pre-Easter gathering was held for more than 60 young people between 1st and 4th ESO from Almendralejo, Valencia del Ventoso and Don Benito, accompanied by high school monitors, teachers, catechists, former students and parents. These were a few days to deepen our identity as children of God and the passion, death and resurrection of the Lord. In addition, prior to the Pre-Easter gathering, on the last day of classes (Friday of Sorrows) all the students of ESO and Bachillerato had a celebration in the school playground as a fruit of what they had lived and reflected on during the days of Lent. A simple and emotional celebration with the symbols of Holy Week.

At the Claret School in Seville, the 4th ESO students were able to celebrate their traditional Stations of the Cross and subsequent Brotherhood breakfast. With the donations obtained from the breakfast, a Solidarity Table was created and delivered to the Comedor Social de las Hijas de la Caridad.

We pray that all the students and staff of our schools in the Province of Fatima will have experienced the resurrection of the Lord and that they will be witnesses, from their reality, with their works.
