SUNDAY II OF CHRISTMAS – Jn 1, 1-18
God is the VERB, the WORD, the CREATOR of LIFE. Life that is LIGHT that shines in the darkness and illuminates women and men. Are we really LIGHT for ourselves and for others, beginning with those who are part of our family?
Proposal to take care of the family this week:
Today, on the eve of the Epiphany, the manifestation of the WORD, in the parishes or places of celebration it is likely that the Child Jesus will be kissed.
Let us also do it in our FAMILY – with a statue of the Child Jesus – with each member pronouncing aloud: “Lord, You are the WORD, the LIFE, the LIGHT that illuminates us. We are your children.
