II ORDINARY TIME (John 1, 29-34)
The Baptist becomes the first messenger to announce Jesus as “Son of God, who will baptize with the Holy Spirit”.
This Jesus, who comes from God the Father who loves us and wants us to love one another
others like him, has laid the foundations for the construction of a new society
where the spirit of family, brotherhood, and love is the deepest reason for living together. To help us do this, he left us his Spirit, who guides us and keeps our faith.
PROPOSAL TO TAKE CARE OF THE FAMILY THIS WEEK:
This week, as we begin each day, let’s propose to see Jesus in each person we meet, starting with those in our family.
