Serving the Word: Mt 7, 7-12

THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2020

Matthew 7, 7-12:
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you; for he who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Never be afraid to turn to God to ask. Also the little child constantly turns to his father because he knows that his father always listens to him.
He will or will not give him what he asks for. But the child knows very well that the doors of his father’s heart will always be open.
Sometimes, he will not get what he asks for, because the father will not consider it appropriate.
But what he will always get is a look of affection.
Our Father God always listens to you, opens his heart to you and looks at you with love when you ask him for something.
Even if you do not always get what you want, your good Father knows better than you what is good for you.
Ask the Lord today to grant you what he believes you need most for yourself and for others at this time in your life.
Put yourself in the presence of your Father God. Ask, seek and call. You will receive, find and be cared for with the love of a Father.
Good day.
