Serving the Word: John 3: 31-36

THURSDAY 23 APRIL

John 3:31-36:
“He that God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.”

This piece of the Gospel is the conclusion of Jesus’ dialogue with Nicodemus. Jesus ends by telling us that the Father does not give the Spirit with measure.
Don’t be afraid to soak up the Spirit because He will give you the same look as Jesus and his same feelings, and your works will be carried out from that glance and will spring from those same feelings.
You will be happy because you will be open to a new vision of reality.
Receive without an “umbrella” the flood of the Spirit that the Father wants to give you. And you will notice that God is giving meaning to your life.
You will feel the fruits of the Holy Spirit maturing in you: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, modesty and self-control.
Close your “umbrella” so that the Spirit may rain down upon you. The Father will give it to you without measure.
Good day.
