WEDNESDAY 27th JANUARY 2021
Mark 4, 1-20:
“The sower went out to sow… Some fell by the wayside… A little fell on rocky ground… A some fell among the brambles… The rest fell on good soil”.
When I read, meditate and pray with this parable, I feel identified with all the terrains where the seed of the Word falls.
I identify with the edge of the road, with the stony ground, with the field full of brambles and also with the good soil.
And I think that is normal because we all have something of all of them.
But I also think that the important thing is that the good soil gains ground from the other fields.
And this is the work of every day: to remove the hardness, to remove the stones and to remove the brambles and the thorns so that the Word of God may grow and bear fruit in us every day with more strength and vigour.
Work hard so that your good soil will have more square meters every day.
I wish you that today your good soil grows a lot.
Good day.
