WEDNESDAY, JULY 19th, 2023
Matthew 11:25-27:
“You have hidden these things from the wise and learned and revealed them to mere children.”
We always put as a model of simplicity the simplicity of a child.
A child is always open to applause because he finds everything marvelous.
Without expressing it and without knowing how to express it, he lives in gratitude because he feels weak and small.
He trusts anyone who shows him affection because his heart is open to closeness.
Whatever your age, try to live in simplicity of heart.
Rejoice in and with others.
Be grateful for every gift you receive and of whatever kind it may be.
Trust in God and in others and, above all, have an open heart like that of a child to always pour out affection.
