John 3, 7b-15:
“You must be born again”.
To be born again is to be born of the Spirit.
To be a person of the Spirit is to be a person like the wind: free, unchained and unbound.
Like Nicodemus, you too may ask: how can that happen, how can I be born again?
And the answer is very simple: meet Jesus again. Clothe yourself in him and in the power of his resurrection.
Listen and meditate on these words of St. Paul to the Christians in Ephesus: “Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the weapons of God. Gird your loins with the truth, and put on the breastplate of righteousness, and shod your feet with zeal for the gospel of peace, always embracing the shield of faith. And taking the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, always in prayer and supplication, praying always in the Spirit, keeping watch together with perseverance, and making intercession for one another” (Ephesians 6:10-18).
Then you can be born again and change your life.
