PJV Spain Team visits different positions in Portugal

The PJV Spain Team was in mid-December visiting different positions in Portugal and carrying out a series of activities.

On Saturday 11 December, members of the YVM Secretariat, Fathers Victor Portugal (parish priest of Tondela), Martin Areta and Tomas Joustefen, had a second meeting with a group of young people who are preparing themselves in the journey of faith with the horizon of the World Youth Day in Lisbon 2023 (WYD Lisbon 2023). There they enjoyed a conviviality and a time of prayer. They also shared the weekend Eucharist with the community of Santa Maria de Tondela.

The PJV_Spain team went to Carvalhos, Porto, where they carried out different activities with the young people of the CIC and Claret schools in coordination with the School Pastoral Teams and the prefect of PJV, Fr. Joao Luis Alves (Christmas Eucharist, visits to the classes, testimonies…).

There, on December 18, they recorded a “Message to the world” with young people from different parts of the region, in relation to the WYD in the Claretian Family, of which we will have more news soon.
