The Congregations and Movements of the Church in Portugal (COMC) were invited to a meeting with the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of WYD Lisbon 2023.
There, they had the opportunity to listen, dialogue and learn how the preparation of WYD 2023 is progressing. The Movements and Congregations that now make up the COMC were represented by a hundred or so people at the LOC headquarters on 2 June, to continue the dialogues held in the past.
With 15 months to go, you could feel the joy in the air and the expectation that we will all meet in Lisbon in 2023, summoned by Pope Francis.
