On the 16th and 17th of December, the Paul, Redemptorist and Claretian missionary teams met in Madrid. The theme of the meeting was “Reality and challenges in the accompaniment of priests in the pastoral conversion and leadership of the communities”.
For this purpose, the two Leadership programmes for priests that are currently in operation were accompanying the reflection during these days: Autem (Barcelona) and Pastores Gregis (Madrid). With the directors of these courses we were able to dialogue, contrast visions and find many common points.
It was a very profound meeting that we hope will continue to help the missionary teams of the three congregations to move forward.
