From July 1 to 3 and under the motto ‘Leading the Change: Vision, Mission and Values’, the encounter of the Management Teams of the Claretian Schools of the Province of Fatima was held in the Diocesan House of Malaga (Spain), with the presence of 43 participants: from Spain, from Claret School of Don Benito, Claret School of Seville and Claret School of Las Palmas; and from Portugal, from the Colégio Internato dos Carvalhos (CIC) and Colégio Internato Claret.
During these days they reflected on Claretian leadership and the mission project, focusing on the challenges of the Claretian Colleges in Europe in the 21st century. They also worked on the plans of vision, mission and values to advance towards the future in the construction of a Claretian Educational Project that strengthens the Claretian identity of each and every one.
Besides the many moments of fruitful work, there were also some moments of leisure that contributed to the strengthening and strengthening of interpersonal and intercultural relationships.
