Since the beginning of Advent, Colegio Claret in Don Benito has been developing the activity ‘Hazle Hueco’. Through the Advent calendar, made in each class by the tutors and the students of the school, they unveil every day the most beautiful love story ever told.
In this way, every day of December until the Christmas holidays, a pupil discovers an image, a reflection and, of course, a chocolate bar to sweeten the day. The images tell day by day how everything happened up to the birth of the baby Jesus, and at the same time they serve to reflect on how this ancient story is reflected in their modern lives.
It’s a nice activity to remember what Christmas really means to a Christian – make room for the baby Jesus in your life!
