On the weekend of 28th and 29th May, the Youth Catechesis of the Parish of Areosa (Porto, Portugal) met at the Casa da Juventude Claret to discuss the role of young people in the Church.
Besides Fr. João Luís Escaleira Alves, prefect of YVM in the Province of Fatima, testimonies were given by young people with very active roles in the Church, which helped them to better understand the topic. The young people came away from this retreat more willing to help others. They created bonds and friendships, and happiness was visible on their faces.
