For some days, the Claretians in Zimbabwe received the visit of our Father Provincial, Fr. Carlos Candeias cmf, who was accompanied by his Vicar, Fr. Jorge Sánchez cmf.
They visited the three communities where the Claretians are present in Zimbabwe (Ruwa, Harare and Zhomba), meeting also the people of their parishes and schools. At the end of their days in Zimbabwe, an Assembly was held and conducted by the Provincial. During the Assembly, they reflected on their life and mission and how to be better missionaries in this country.
Also, on the last day of the Assembly, Brother Esffort Mupfudza was officially accepted as a postulant in our Congregation through a humble rite celebrated during the Eucharist. Effort is completing his studies in philosophy at Arrupe College.
We pray for our communities in Zimbabwe and for our brother Effort, wishing him continued progress in his formation process.
