Matthew 15, 1-2.10-14:
“Not what goes into a man’s mouth defiles him, but what comes out of his mouth, is what defiles him.
We usually say that the mouth speaks from the abundance of the heart.
It is also true that it is what we carry in our heart that leads us to adopt a certain behaviour or perform certain actions.
And we also say that what is effective is the affective.
Be concerned about filling your heart with all that is good.
Fill your interior with everything that leads you to serve more and better, to work more and better for others, to meet with God more and better.
Fill your heart with everything that leads you to act out of love and to seek the good of others.
