Mark 6, 53-56:
“Wherever he went, to village, or town, or farm, they laid down the sick in the open spaces, begging him tolet them toucheven the fringe of his cloak. And all those who touched him were cured.
We continue to contemplate the life and activity of Jesus. The people come to him and he comes to the people.
Wherever Jesus passes he creates friendship, trust, closeness, etc.
+ Jesus was close, welcomed everyone with affection, with rushing. Nobody felt rejected, forgotten, marginalised or not loved by him.
+ Jesus knew how to listen. And not just to the words. Also, what the person felt and lived.
+Jesus knew how to accompany. Knew how to be at the side of each person to laugh or to cry with them. He walked with the people.
+ Jesusknew how to console, return the hope and the feeling for life. With him happiness is always being born and reborn.
You too, like Jesus, try to live this way. Work to make yourself each day more like him. And you will notice that your happiness will also increase each day.
