Serving the Word: Mk 10: 28-31

Mark 10, 28-31:
“I tell you solemnly, there is no one who has left houses, brothers, sisters, father, children or land for my sake or for the sake of the Gospel who will not be repaid a hundred times over, houses ,brothers, sisters, mothers, children and lands – not without persecutions -now in this present time and, in the world to come, eternal life”.

Jesus wants followers who are free and who are not tied to anything or anyone.
The announcement of the Kingdom is so important, that nothing and no one can take precedence over it.
Following Jesus is a risk, being launched into an adventure, trusting fully in Him.
Today you receive Jesus’ invitation to follow him and, with this invitation, you also receive the invitation to abandon yourself into his hands and to let go of everything that can prevent the priority of committing yourself to the God’s project for you and for others.
Ask the Lord to give you the generosity and the help to be a disciple and missionary who puts nothing in the way of the programming and implementation of his Kingdom.
Good day
