Luke 9, 7-9:
“And he wanted to see Jesus”.
The question that is asked by Herod today in the Gospel is the question that each of us must ask ourselves.
And it is also the question that has been made, is made and will be made by many people: “Who is Jesus of Nazareth?”. Ask yourself today, once again:
Who is Jesus to you?
What does he mean in your life?
How does he influence your decisions?
How does he modify your behavior?
And from here, from your own experience of Jesus, proclaim it also and announce who Jesus is.
Because the same thing happened at that time as Herod wanted to see Jesus, if only out of curiosity, also today there are many people who, perhaps unknowingly, want to see Jesus.
And keep in mind that many will not read any another gospel than the gospel of your life.
