Serving the Word: Lk 6: 6-11

Luke 6, 6-11:
“Jesus said to the man: “Stretch out your hand”. He did so and his hand was better”.

We always find Jesus doing good, always restoring the human person, which for him is the most important thing.
The dignity of the human person is above everything, even over any norm because all norms have to be directed to human well-being.
Today we see him healing on the Sabbath, the day that was totally forbidden to perform any type of activity.
Again, it is the power of His Word which works the prodigious event.
We all need to restore some part of our life that may be a little or a lot paralyzed.
Put yourself in the presence of Jesus.
Review for a few minutes your life. And be aware of those aspects that may be a little paralyzed. We are in danger of neglecting and paralyzing ourselves in our life of faith.
And let Jesus with his powerful Word cure your “paralysis”.
Good day.
