Serving the Word: John 8, 51-59

John 8, 51-59:
“Whoever keeps my word will never see death.”

How many things do we cling onto in the hope that they will bring us fullness!
And,at the moment of the truth, the one who alone can give us the fullness of life is Jesus Christ.
In Him hope is supported, born and reborn. Because “who keeps his word will never know death.”
He offers us a life in the fullness of meaning.
He offers us a life lived in love, in hope, in fraternity, in joy…
Pope Francis tells us: “Please, do not allow hope to be stolen from you”.
Never let pessimism steal it from you
Never let the prophets of calamities steal it from you.
Never let adverse situations teal it from you.
That nothing and no one steal the hope that the word of Jesus gives you: “Whoever keeps my word will never know death.”
Good day.
