John 14, 1-6:
“I am the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
If you go astray, you advance to no avail. And, what is worse, you just walk to tire yourself out and walk in vain.
Your error is greater the more you stray from the path.
Run, but run along the path of Christ. Because He said: “I am the WAY”.
Run, knowing that you are going in the right direction, since Christ himself added: “I am the TRUTH”.
Run with Him and be guided by Him and you will find LIFE.
Precisely because you are running towards Jesus Christ, he will come to you. You were far away, you were wandering in remote countries and with such a debility that you couldn’t move. The doctor came down to you, he approached you who were sick, and the path was mapped out in this valley of pilgrimage. Walk, therefore, along that path which is Christ, and you will be saved” (St Augustine).
