Serving the Word: John 14: 1-6

FRIDAY, MAY 8

John 14, 1-6:
“I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”.

” If you run astray, you advance uselessly. And, what is worse, you only walk to tire yourself out and walk in vain.
Your mistake is bigger the more you go off course.
Run, but run in the way of Christ. Because He said, “I am the WAY”.
Run knowing that you are in the right direction, for Christ Himself added, “I am the TRUTH”.
Run for Him and go to Him and you will find LIFE.
It was precisely so that you would run to Jesus Christ that He came down to you. You were far away, wandering in remote countries and with such a weakness that you could not move. The doctor came down to you, approached you who were sick, and the road was traced out in this valley of pilgrimage. Walk therefore in that path which is Christ, and you will be saved” (St. Augustine).
Good day.
