John 10, 1-10:
“I am the gate of the sheepfold: anyone who enters through me will be safe: he will go freely in and out and be sure of finding pasture”.
Today’s Gospel continues to show us the figure of the Good Shepherd.
We continue to deepen its rich content and we continue allowing ourselves to be accompanied by him.
Today I propose you read from Psalm 23:
“The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters
He restores my soul.
He guides me through the right paths,
For his name’s sake.
Although I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil, for you are beside me:
your rod and your staff comfort me”.
May these words accompany you throughout the day.
