Matthew 11, 25-30:
“You have hidden these things from the wise and learned and revealed them to ordinary people”.
We always hold up as a model of simplicity the simplicity of a child.
A child is always ready to applaud because he finds everything marvellous.
Without expressing it and without knowing how to express it, they live in gratitude because they feel weak and small.
They trust anyone who shows them affection because they have a heart that is open to closeness.
Whatever your age, try to live in simplicity of heart.
Rejoice in and with others. Be grateful for every good you receive and for any kind of good you receive. Trust in God and in others and, above all, have an open and simple heart like that of Jesus to always pour out love.
