As part of the activities carried out to celebrate Father Claret’s day (24th October), the Boarding School of Carvalhos (CIC) received a visit from Fr João Luís Alves cmf, responsible for the Youth Vocation Ministry (YVM) of the Province of Fatima.
Fr. João Luís met with the 10th grade students in the SER+ sessions to give them a better knowledge of the figure of Claret, the Claretian family, in particular the Province of Fatima, and the Claretian charism. In addition, he informed them about the activities that the YVM Team normally organises, such as reflection meetings, summer camps and the Santiago´s Road.
And, of course, he encouraged the young people to participate in the journey of the Claretian Pre-World Youth Days that will take place in 2023 (WYD Lisbon).
The day was very interesting due to the exchange of experiences that took place, as well as the wish for future encounters.
