Last Saturday, 3rd December, Fr. Leandro Fanlo Turró died in Granada. He was 81 years old. His missionary life has been linked above all to the Service of the Word, dedicating himself for many years to this ministry. He was also for fourteen years parish priest of the Basilica of the Heart of Mary in Rome and from 2011 to 2014 he served in the parish of the Holy Trinity in Santiago de Cuba. Since 2018, his delicate state of health made it necessary for him to be assigned to the assistance group of the community of Granada where he passed away. May he rest in peace. May the Lord reward his ministry and missionary service.
