After “Igniting the spark”, comes ” Nourishing the fire: Background and foundations”, the second of the nine videos that explore the history of the Congregation from its beginnings to the present day and that have been prepared to celebrate the Jubilee Year and the 175th anniversary of the foundation of the Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Claretians).
The videos have been produced by the Jubilee Commission, in collaboration with the Centre of Claretian Spirituality (CESC) and iClaret and focus on the central theme of the spark that ignited St. Anthony Mary Claret’s passion to spread God’s message through his unique methods and the congregation he established with others. This spark became a flame that persists today as his followers strive to embody his teachings, live his and the Congregation’s Dream, and share the Word with others.
