We are living the time of Lent and the Boarding School dos Carvalhos (CIC), still at a distance due to the special measures for the COVID-19, want to propose to all the students and their families a time of reflection through a message prepared by the Pastoral and Project Management Council:
“The source of our confidence, which is expressed in hope, is in the fruitfulness of Jesus’ Easter, of his death for us and of his resurrection for us. If we walk in faith and humility, we can trust that the Lord saves us and will bring us to fulfilment” (Monsignor José Policarpo).
On this Lenten journey, we want to prepare ourselves as a community to be part of the “New Covenant” that God establishes with people through his son, Jesus.
