On the 13th of December, the Colégio Internato Claret welcomed with great joy the parents and relatives of the boarding students for a Christmas dinner, thus returning to a tradition that, after the COVID19 pandemic, had not yet been resumed. It was an evening to share, to gather around the table once again and to express our gratitude for the trust placed in the centre.
Meanwhile, on 19 December, the family of the Colégio Internato dos Carvalhos (CIC) also gathered for a get-together with life and Christmas dinner. The event began in the library of the centre, to listen to the Word of God in an act presided over by the President of the Board of Directors and Titular Representative, Fr. José Maia cmf, with the collaboration of professor Vitor Barbosa, also a Claretian missionary. After this encounter with God through prayer, came the moment of conviviality in the Christmas dinner, which took place with great joy.
We wish that the feelings of these encounters with life accompany these centres and all those of our Province of Fatima throughout the year and help us to grow as a Community, making space in the heart of each and every one to welcome the God who becomes Man in the Child who is born.
