Caring for families in need in Zimbabwe

The COVID 19 pandemic, although with an uneven incidence, has reached every corner of the planet. It has also reached Zimbabwe. There, our missionaries are trying to alleviate the effects among the most vulnerable population. In June they distributed food to 170 needy families in the parishes of St. Charles Lwanga and St. Dominic. The families are Karikoga orphans, elderly or sick people and widows who cannot access basic food. Most of them depend on the sale of products and with the situation of confinement it has been reduced to certain hours.
