Between commemorations, celebrations and outings at the Claret residences in Seville and Granada

The activity this autumn does not stop at the Claret elderly care homes.

Thus, at the Claret Sevilla Residence, the season of the year was inaugurated with a beautiful decoration made by the residents themselves through a work therapy workshop in which different “autumn trees” were made, giving them colour with finger paint and a mural in which typical aspects of this season can be seen, such as the weather or vegetation.

They also commemorated the International Day of Older Persons (1 October) with a Power Point presentation and different videos to explain why the day is celebrated as well as highlighting different aspects of this time of life, completing the day with a board game competition enjoyed by both workers and residents.

For their part, at the Claret Granada Residence they had a very special birthday: Estrella’s ‘100 years of travel’, which she has reached, as the centre points out, without ever losing her smile and with an enviable love and dedication to her loved ones.

In addition, taking advantage of the good weather, the residents were able to go out in the afternoon around the centre, where they did activities that help to improve their autonomy and their relationship with their surroundings, as well as concluding it with a refreshment.
