WEDNESDAY 22ND APRIL
John 3:16-21:
“God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that none of those who believe in him should perish, but have eternal life.
God loves you infinitely. So much so that he has given you his only Son so that you may have his same life.
And that life of God in you makes you see your own life in another way and in another light.
It is God’s love that makes it possible for everything that exists to attain its fullness and beauty.
Therefore, to the extent that you open yourself to God’s love, you open yourself to hope, to light, to joy and to salvation.
God’s love for each of his children is immense, free, disinterested… it never robs us of possibilities or cuts off the true joys of life.
That love is fully expressed in Jesus who, nailed to the cross, embraces us so that none of us who believe in Him will perish but will have eternal life in abundance .
Lord, make me open the doors of my life to your presence because in that loving presence I will be fully happy!
