Matthew 26, 14-25:
“The disciples did what Jesus told them and prepared the Passover.”
Tomorrow we begin the celebration of the Easter Triduum. This celebration cannot go unnoticed for a Christian. It is the central celebration of our faith.
What instructions do you think Jesus is giving you this year us to prepare the Passover?
Stop for a moment throughout the day today and think how you’re preparing the Passover of the Lord.
Think about what you would want to die in you. Think that you want to resurrect in you.
Live these days the ‘passing ‘ of God through your life. The ‘passing of God is always liberating and salvific.
Allow yourself to be liberated and saved by him. Be willing to live this Easter as newness in your life.
That this is not for you just one Passover more.
That it be your Passover because you pass from death to life together with Jesus.
That you fulfill the instructions that Jesus gives you.
