The fledgling Lay Claretian movement in Zimbabwe continues to move steadily forward in its process towards the official reception of members currently in initial formation.
On the weekend of 16-18 December 2022, the Lay Claretians group at Zhomba Mission in the Diocese of Gokwe organised a comprehensive workshop on the main elements that make up the identity and spirituality of the movement, as well as some organisational and functional issues.
Twenty-six people from different centres of Zhomba Mission participated in this event which was conducted by the Spiritual Advisor of the Lay Claretians in Zimbabwe, Fr. Manuel Ogalla cmf, and the executive team of the Lay Claretians of Harare: Mrs. Tarisai Chiyaka, Mrs. Anne Dube, Mrs. Dadirayi Nyamashuka and Mr. David Muvindi.
The workshop concluded with Sunday Mass at the Mission and a beautiful moment of fraternal sharing.
