MONDAY 4th APRIL 2022
John 8, 12-20:
“I am the light of the world; he who follows me does not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life”.
Jesus in the Gospel of John presents his identity and his mission to us: “I am the TRUTH, I am the WAY, I am the LIFE, I am the DOOR, I am the GOOD SHEPHERD, I am the LIVING BREAD, I am the TRUE VINE…”.
And today he tells us I AM THE LIGHT.
How many times in our walk through life we want to have light! We want to see clearly! How many times we walk in darkness, giving ourselves knock after knock without knowing how we are doing and where we are heading!
Come to Jesus, He will illuminate all your darkness. He will make light in your life and you will see clearly what he asks of you and what you, as his follower, have to do to be happy and to make those around you happy.
