Luke 2, 41- 51:
“His mother kept all these things in her heart.”
Today, on the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we turn the gaze of our heart to that Immaculate Heart.
The Immaculate Heart of Mary
☆ It is like a beautiful chest where the treasure of the Gospel of Jesus is best kept.
☆ It is also the incandescent forge where we can best get red hot to love God and others.
☆ It is also like a bow that launches us as if we were an arrow announcing the message of Jesus.
☆ It is the inner cloister where we find the silence and the peace to interiorize the Word of God and to meet him and our brothers ans sisters.
☆ The Heart of Mary is an open balcony from which we lovingly contemplate all people to bring them the good news.
☆ And it is also the quiet lap of a mother where we rest and dream in peace.
Happy Heart of Mary Day and may she keep you in the lap of that Immaculate Heart.
