SUNDAY COMMENTARY – PRESENTATION OF THE LORD (Lk 2:22-32)
Today’s Gospel presents us with examples of believers who are in keeping with what their life of faith presents them with: their works speak of their beliefs. Thus, the parents of Jesus carry out what the Law of Moses indicates when the time comes to present their son to God, and Simeon, is a paradigm of a life filled with service to God and lived in his presence.
