Meeting of parish priests of our Province in Spain
The parish priests of the Spanish part of the Province met on 9 May. The objective of the meeting was to be able to share the most significant pastoral incidents during the time of the pandemic and the ideas or reflections that could help each other in the future. They spoke of personalisation, service, creativity and adaptation, proclamation of the Word, pastoral conversion, union of forces? and of the desire to respond to what the Lord is asking of us at this time.
Missionaries in Parishes and Churches
In total, the Province of Fatima animates the Christian life of 21 parishes and non-parochial churches. This encompasses a huge flow of life that is presenteach day in these communities of God’s people, which we want to animate from a missionary perspective»looking outward», as Pope Francis asks us, when he reminds us that «missionary outreach is paradigmatic for all the Church’s activity.»(EG 15).
